Overview
Water Treatment Engineers is an Auckland based consulting firm providing water treatment expertise to water suppliers. We specialise in solving difficult problems and balancing operational requirements with project requirements. We have experience in water treatment plant operation, plant optimisation, incident investigation, process support, operational document development, process design, project delivery, troubleshooting and commissioning.
We have worked extensively with municipal water suppliers, small water supplies and industrial/medical applications. Water Treatment Engineers is based in Auckland and has a strong network of contacts within the water treatment industry including designers, contractors and equipment suppliers.
Payment policy
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, all amounts payable by the Client shall be due on the 20th of the month following the month in which the relevant Services were provided, provided that the Consultant has submitted a valid GST invoice by the 5th of that following month. Invoices received after this date will be processed in the next month with payment due on the 20th of that month. Where clause 9 does not apply, if the Client, acting reasonably, disputes an invoice, or part of an invoice, the Client must promptly give the reasons for withholding the disputed amount and pay any undisputed amount in accordance with this clause.
The Client shall pay default interest on overdue amounts from the due date for payment until the date of payment at the New Zealand Reserve Bank official cash rate plus 3%.
Payment to the Consultant by the Client does not constitute approval of any part of the Services and is payment on account only.
