We give buyers a one stop shop, from search to sale. Which saves you heaps of time marketing to them, following up, and closing a deal.
Open a new sales channel for a fraction of the cost of employing sales staff, road-trips and digital marketing campaigns.
If you haven't tried e-commerce before it can be challenging to set-up using off-the shelf packages. Or maybe you've tried it and hit some issues and drifted back to what you know.
We understand the water industry and have tailored our platform to address the challenges, creating an awesome buyer and seller experience.
You don't have to. You can select not to show a price for any product or service that you list. Select the Request For Quote option and that's the button that the buyer sees (rather than buy now) for the product/service displayed in your shop. When the buyer clicks on this, it starts a quote workflow that ends with a sale. All on the platform.
Getting traffic to your website or online store can be expensive and complex. It's easy to burn money without much return when it comes to digital marketing. We use specialists and spend heaps to bring traffic to waterstored so people will see what you are selling.
We realise that you have your own invoicing and ordering system and maybe have a delivery app you use too. We fully integrate with all the main delivery apps and if you want to use your own systems, you can. For example, a council buyer can create an order by issuing a Purchase Order #. You invoice against this from your own system and fulfil the order.
You can invite an unlimited amount of team members to join your waterstored account as sub-users. You can set their permissions to control what they can and cannot do.
You can still describe what the service is, even if the pricing is job specific. You don't need to show pricing. Additionally, you can respond to any requests for quotes for buyers looking for bespoke services which align with what you offer.
Complete our independent business verification. Our green tick shows buyers it's really you. Ask your clients to provide reviews on products/services you've sold so that other buyers know they can use you.
You can add service packages to that shiny new bit of kit you are selling, or add other complimentary work packages to your consulting offering.
You can offer all sorts of deals like: bulk discounts, buy together pricing, and one off sales. Or sell used pre-loved gear at discounted prices.
We've designed the platform for all industry buyers but have focused on council buyers. We understand the procurement rules and policies that local government buyers have to follow and have made sure it's easy for them to comply.
Whether its sole source engagements, getting pricing from their panel members or specialists, through to issuing purchase orders, we've got it covered.
We also know how little time they have, so giving them a one stop shop where they can find, get pricing and buy whatever they need is going to make things easier for them.
We have three different types of quote workflows to cater to what you and your buyers need. All our workflows end up with you (hopefully) getting an order.
Let's say you are selling a pump. You've provided a description, images, specification, a video, and a product sheet. But you don't want to provide pricing publicly for everyone to see. You select the Request For Quote option when setting up your product.
An interested buyer has found it and clicks on the Request for Quote button. They complete the form. You are notified and respond with a price. The buyer accepts, or rejects your quote. If they accept, you are notified and have to accept too. The buyer then proceeds to the checkout to place the order. They can pay by credit card, bank transfer, or by issuing a purchase order # (if you are on a paid plan) for you to invoice against when you are ready to.
You are notified that a buyer has invited you (and possibly others) to provide a price for a requirement they have detailed out. They tell you when they want it by and what payment method they will use.
You can decide to respond or not. If you do, you can attach a proposal and provide a price. You will be notified if the buyer accepts your offer or not. If they accept your offer you have to accept too. The buyer then proceeds to the checkout to place the order. They can pay by credit card, bank transfer, or by issuing a purchase order # (if you are on a paid plan) for you to invoice against when you are ready to.
A buyer places an open invitation to quote. They explain what they want, when they want it by and what payment method they will use. You can claim a response on a first come first served basis (limited to 5 responses).
You submit a response. You can attach a proposal and provide a price.
Any products that show pricing can be displayed on Google shopping, helping buyers find you.
Times are tough so why would you spend your limited marketing budget on one of our paid plans? With our paid plans:
Our entry level plan is $150 per month (you get two months for free by paying annually). That's less than an hours charge out rate for a grad engineer, or a couple of hours of business development time. It won't take many sales to be in the gravy.
Sign-up by providing some basic details about yourself and your business. Verify your email address and log in to your seller dashboard.
Create your shopfront by adding some more details about your business, including your contact details, website address and social media. Add a logo and background image.
Manually add products/services if you only have a few, or bulk upload your entire catalogue. We've got great guides to help with this, or we can do it for you (included in premium plan) for a one off fee.
If all you want is a potential buyer to find you, visit your website, or call you, have you thought of paying a couple of k for a directory website? Or you could just sign-up and open a shop for free and get in front of all the traffic that we bring. You don't have to fill it with your products and services, you can just use your shopfront to achieve what you want. Did we mention that it's free to do that?
